ALL PARTS QUALIFYING FOR RETURN MUST HAVE A RMA # AND A COPY OF THE INVOICE IN THE RETURN PACKAGE. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR AN RMA# OR EMAIL US. NO EXCEPTIONS. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS, FOR EXAMPLE, PCBs AND VOLTAGE REGULATORS. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING IS PAID BY THE BUYER. RETURNED PARTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CAN NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. RETURNED PARTS MUST BE NEW. ALL RETURNS REQUESTS MUST BE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING PARTS.
