Warranty
Each item is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty polices vary by manufacturer. All warranties are controlled directly by the manufacturer. We honor only manufacturer approved warranty. Customer is responsible for all return shipping.
Sales Tax
Prices listed are retail pricing and subject to change without notice. Taxes will be added to prices when applicable. Products may be discontinued, substituted, or changed without notice.
We are not required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have a business location: California. There is 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to California
Shipping
All purchased items will ship within 48 hours excluding holidays and weekends. Expedited shipping items will ship no later than the following business day. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse it maybe drop shipped from the manufacturer.
RMA - Return Material Authorization
All parts that qualify for a return, must have an RGA# and a copy of the invoice in the return package. Please Contact us at 909-591-4341 for an RGA#. Returns or Exchanges are not accepted on carburetors, special order items and electrical items; for example PCBs (circuit boards), voltage regulator, switches, motors, electrodes, solenoids, relays and any other electrical item. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. All return shipping is paid by the purchaser / customer. Returned parts must be in the original package and in retail sellable condition. Return will be denied if the part has been installed or is not in retail sellable condition. All return requests must be made within 15 days of the invoice date.
